The key to success in real estate investing is to gain an advantage from superior knowledge and understanding. Workshops and seminars are a way to gain knew knowledge or to deepen your understanding of a topic. When combined with other sources of information such as books and hiring domain experts (bankers, lawyers, accountants, agents) you can accelerate your success and limit the mistakes.
I have a talent for explaining complex topics. A number of people have come up to me after a live sessions and said that it was not until I explained something that they really understood the possibilities. While my talent in this area is strong, there are some other teachers who are equally as good or better in this specific topics.
Watch this space for upcoming courses, seminars, workshops and webinars where you can join in to learn about specific subject. Either I or someone else I have personally selected will be leading the various sessions. The objective is to bolt-on specific knowledge to what you already know. Some topics will be standalone and very much suitable for anyone. Others topics will be part of a sequence of training and the students participating will be pre-screened to make sure they have the background to start the training.
Some of the time the material will be offered for no charge or with a nominal fee. Other times the cost will be more substantial. In all cases, you will receive more value that the physical costs. What you do with the training is what actually determines the value. In other words, the value of the training is something you control. In the hands of the right student, the training an be priceless. It is a choice you control.
I look forward to these workshops! Sometimes I read informational posts and while they seem helpful, I can’t seem to get the full effect out of them. I love when I have someone there to explain the situation out – especially with examples and everything. I can’t wait to see some of the workshops that you post on here!
Jessica,
What specific topics or specific questions might you have? You and others can learn from examples. As you spoke up we might as well use your questions. Call it a reward for engaging in the conversation.
