Laura’s Thoughts: I think most people will agree, that having a marketing strategy and creating a strong brand are key requirements for any property sourcing business. What was really interesting in this conversation, was the discussion and advice on how to stand out from the crowd. It’s a tricky one for anyone to get right and to know to how much time and money to spend on it. There is always the risk that you go and create a great brand, but due to a lack of follow through, delays or inconsistency it can lose it’s impact. Both Brad and Saam have lots of insights and clever advice on how a property sourcer can position themselves and leverage their brand, to create a strong pipeline that your business can manage, despite it’s size.
